| This gentleman sought treatment in Dr. Signore's Tinley Park, Illinois dermatology office for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) of the underarms and hands for the past 4 years. He had tried antiperspirants without success. His severe hyperhidrosis caused sweat to drip from the underarms for most of the day. | The above two photos show Dr. Signore's patient at approximately two months after beginning a wheat-free (gluten-free)diet. Her eczema-like rash on the ears and elbows completely cleared up. The only area still present was on her knee. She noticed that, if she ate any foods with wheat, within 24 hours her ears would begin to itch again.
